Some of what our analysts discovered:

• Online consumer maturity increases, as seen through more online transactions from returning users.
• +50% of attacks were sophisticated, across two-thirds of the industries we studied.
• 9.9% of stolen credentials were correct, setting a dangerous record compared to the 1.9% in 2020.
